Variations in surface texture, patina, finish, tone, stone appearance, casting marks, oxidation, and minor hand-finishing details are not defects. They are part of the character of handmade and artisan jewelry.

Product images may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, or display settings. We do not guarantee that your device will accurately represent the exact color, scale, finish, or appearance of any item.

3. Made-to-Order Pieces

Certain Seven Relics items, including rings and select jewelry pieces, are made to order. Made-to-order items are produced specifically after your order is placed.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. This timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Some pieces may be completed sooner, while others may require additional time due to casting, finishing, material availability, studio workflow, quality control, or circumstances outside our control.

If a production delay occurs beyond the stated or reasonably expected timeframe, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide an updated estimate or available options. Under U.S. online order rules, sellers should have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping timelines, and if they cannot ship within the promised timeframe, they may need to obtain the buyer’s consent to delay or issue a refund for unshipped merchandise.

4. Ring Sizing

You are responsible for selecting the correct ring size before placing your order. We strongly recommend confirming your ring size with a professional jeweler before purchasing.

Ring fit may vary depending on band width, finger shape, temperature, humidity, time of day, and personal preference. Wider bands may fit tighter than thinner bands.

If you order the wrong size, a size exchange may be available in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy. Size exchanges may be subject to additional fees depending on the material, design, availability, and costs involved. Custom, personalized, altered, engraved, or specially modified items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless required by law.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update any information needed to complete your order, including shipping address, billing information, and contact details.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received and authorized before an order is accepted, produced, or shipped.

Shipping timelines are separate from production timelines. For made-to-order pieces, the stated production period occurs before the item is shipped.

Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, shipping method, customs processing, and other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. International Orders, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities unless otherwise stated at checkout.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated. Seven Relics does not control customs fees and cannot predict the amount that may be charged.

Refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees does not cancel your order or automatically qualify you for a refund.
