Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Each piece is made with care, and we understand that jewelry is personal, especially when it comes to ring sizing. If something is not quite right, we will do our best to help you find a fair solution.

Please read the policy below before placing your order.

Domestic Orders

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible domestic orders within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

- Unworn
- Undamaged
- In its original condition
- Returned with any original packaging included

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any original shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Ring Size Exchanges

We understand that ring sizing can be tricky, and we want you to end up with a piece that fits properly.

Eligible rings may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery, provided the ring is unworn and returned in original condition.

Because each ring size is cast and stocked individually, exchanging a ring does create real production and inventory costs. When a ring is returned for a different size, the original size returns to our inventory until another customer purchases that exact size. 

For this reason, ring size exchanges are subject to a material-based size exchange fee. This fee helps cover the cost of producing, preparing, and restocking the replacement piece.

Size exchange fees vary depending on the material, design, and availability of the ring. Sterling silver rings will generally have a lower exchange fee than gold, gold-inlay, or other higher-cost pieces which may require a higher fee due to increased material cost, production cost, and/or inventory risk.

*** If a size exchange is requested, we will confirm the applicable fee before the replacement piece is produced or shipped.

If your requested size is in stock, we will ship the replacement once the original ring has been received and inspected.

If your requested size is not in stock, it may need to be cast to order. In that case, we will provide an estimated production timeline before moving forward.

To avoid unnecessary exchanges, we strongly recommend confirming your ring size with a professional jeweler before ordering. If you are between sizes or unsure, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help guide you.

International Orders

We accept international returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the same condition requirements listed above.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including tracking, insurance, customs forms, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other import/export charges that may apply.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that customs duties, VAT, tariffs, import taxes, and related fees are set by the destination country and are not collected or controlled by us unless specifically stated at checkout. These fees are non-refundable through us.

For international size exchanges, the customer is responsible for:

- Return shipping to us
- Shipping of the replacement item
- Any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees charged by the destination country
- Any applicable exchange or recasting fee

We recommend contacting us before starting an international return or exchange so we can help determine the most practical option.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Custom pieces
- Personalized or engraved items
- Made-to-order pieces outside our standard size or design options
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse
- Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
- Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue was caused by our error, we will make it right.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Your name
- Order number
- Item purchased
- Reason for return or exchange
- Requested ring size, if exchanging

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

A Note on Sizing

We want your piece to feel right, not almost right. Ring sizing can vary depending on band width, finger shape, temperature, and how you prefer a ring to fit. Wider bands may feel tighter than thinner bands, even in the same size.

For best results, we recommend being sized by a professional jeweler using a ring sizer similar in width to the ring you are purchasing.
